Most of them have not read single content piece on future readiness, they think, it is fine for their children to prepare the same way as their parents did at school.

The Future Readiness Framework

So we started building a framework to prepare for the future and came up with this one down here

Now we knew our goal, what we wanted to achieve. We knew about these 6 streams that can prepare our children and ourselves well for the future, but now after WHAT, we also wanted an answer for HOW? 

How do we teach our children because almost all 6 directions are missing in school framework

The Research

We wanted to build a new age school system for the VUCA future and we gave it an abstraction, The VUCA School and our research started.  

Luckily our founder had a great exposure with schools as he has trained thousands of school leaders on school innovation and brand communication, so we had insider information.

With our exposure to various innovative school leaders we started designing a new education delivery mechanism and once it was ready we decided to test it with a school for a month. We tested it and got amazing response

And now we were ready to start working on our own pedagogy. 

But frankly we were struggling to find a right one, we checked and evaluated all major pedagogies and then we stumbled upon a story in Taitrayopnishad and we were thrilled to see what an amazing lesson was there and we started our research in this direction.

The Pedagogy

When we started searching our shastras for this we found great information in this direction and now we started finding new strategies, whether they were coming from Upanishadas, or great Books by our Rishis like Panini.

Now what we are doing, we are now executing independent 3 month long pilots with grade 3 to grade 8 students. 

Any kid can joins us in these cohorts and we guide them on learning strategies and then observe them work on these and come out as a victor.
